While this shift brought about newfound flexibility, a recent study by James Kim from Reach Capital suggests that office spaces play a huge role in fostering the growth of startups. Kim surveyed Reach Capital’s portfolio of 37 companies and concluded pre-seed and seed-stage startups that had employees returning to the office had 3.5 times the revenue growth of remote startups.
