Our purpose-built, modular space provides a private home base for teams to collaborate safely with each other. It recognizes that your company’s space needs have changed. Establish an office for the team size you need regularly, but have access to multiple teamwork zones depending on what’s going on that week. TeamWorking offers the flexibility to go from a few people one day, to an entire 40-person team meeting in a shared space the next day. These hybrid solutions are more economical as it’s all at the cost of your typical singular office space. Private office configurations are fully customizable for growing team sizes (2-40) and provide function and privacy.

Allow your team the benefits of a truly hybrid office solution. The Flexible option gives your employees a place to go when they want a break from their home office by offering a place to connect and collaborate with others. Perfect for smaller group gatherings or hosting a client meeting or networking event. The Flexible option also provides the use of a corporate mailing address. All without the cost and burden of a long-term lease.


Flexible monthly rates based on team size and budget. This option starts at $1,250 for complete access to desks and meeting space for up to 12 employees.


Coworking keys with unlimited access are also available for small teams or individuals at $350/person per month.




Spacious accommodations to host your next in-person or hybrid event safely and seamlessly. Our 10 meeting rooms are colorful and outlined with city views.  Meeting rooms can be reserved by half or full day.
